Every Saturday our Novitiate Community prepared about 50 Spam/hotdog Musubis for who lived on the beaches of Waikiki. By the end of the year, we were good at making them at a record time. The best part of it all was distributing them to the people. They were happy and cheerful, and it was worth every effort to put them together.
